You are entitled to a refund of VAT on fuel, tolls and other transport costs. We process payments from our Eurowag cards automatically. For other costs, just send us an invoice. You have two options depending on how quickly you want your refund processed.
With our new Smart Tax Refund service, you no longer need to think about which countries you have activated for your VAT refunds. We’ll take care of everything for you.
We will take care of the complete administration for you. Then, just wait for the authorities to send you your refund. This process can take up to 42 days.
In addition to all the administrative work, we will pay you the refund ourselves so you don't have to wait for the authorities. There is a small fee for this service.
