Eurowag Appoints Chief Operating Officer and Chief Performance Officer to ExCo

Prague, December 2, 2021 – Eurowag is pleased toannounce two updates to its senior leadership team further strengthening its expertise in the payments, mobility and technology industries. Senior Vice President, Technology Mittu Sridhara,has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Eurowag. Former Prague Airport CEO Vaclav Rehor will be appointed as Chief Performance Officer. Both are members of the Executive Committee (ExCo).

In his new role as a Chief Operating Officer, Mittu Sridhara will focus his efforts on driving Eurowag’s mission to become the technology leader in commercial mobility. He has over two decades of experience at board level, advising on product and engineering, building and scaling up platform businesses and the digitization of a number of highly successful globally operating tech companies, including HepsiBurada, Careem (acquired by UBER), Ladbrokes, Sabre Inc., Avis and TUI Travel Plc.

Vaclav Rehor will lead the Group’s post-merger integration activities and business performance monitoring and optimization. Most recently, Vaclav has been the CEO of Prague Airport/Czech Aeroholding. Prior his role at Prague Airport, Vaclav held a number of top financial executive roles, most recently as the CFO Europe of FleetCor Europe London/EU where he led company performance activities and was primarily focused on transformation, post-merger initiatives and international expansion.
